Automatic Fill form on other site from my database - repost by emanhu

We are in the RUSH. we have data in our mysql database we need to update our actual software that post all those data to other website form. the form on other site need a login and password and there are no capcha to submit the form... (Budget: $30-$475 USD, Jobs: Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
